About Me

In my heart I am an archaeologist, a detective, or an investigative journalist.

These titles are some of the most precise to describe my drive and way of life. Because I feed on questions.

I combine my passion for facts and artifacts with storytelling, to deliver a well documented interpretation of Finland's labour market for you to use to your advantage.

As a lifelong explorer, I am in perpetual search for explanations to factual and behavioural phenomena.

As a systems thinker, I look for links connecting us into contemporary society which in its totality can only be described as a wicked problem.*

I had my toes dipped into higher education, public and private sectors. Therefore I understand the variety of perspectives and goals sought by different stakeholders.

This broad perspective allows me to design services aiming for efficiency, yet with a human-centric approach. Striving to intensify results of any particular action or process.

This energy is directed at employers, recruitment agencies, job seekers, public service providers. Individual actors connected into a singular net - the labour market.

As in any country, labour market is different for immigrants compared to the native population. Immigrant un(der)employment is a well known phenomenon, with both real and unjustifiable reasons behind it. Immigrant employment calls for a different approach, therefore is a separate field of concern and attention.
